235/40 you won't rub, unless you lower it on coils and go for the slammed look (springs you'll be fine). I would stick to 235/40 a 45 sidewall would be a bit thicker and since you're running 18's you may rub. Some 18's even run 35 sidewalls.
Hmm, in that case, pretty much what barch said.
According to the calculator, it will be pretty darn close to/flush with the fender, but you should be OK if you're not trying to slam your car.
Try to go with the slightly higher offset ones if you can. et 35 according to the website seems to be cutting it close. (although of course, do remember that this is only an estimation)
