Serial flash read error

Hi,
I have such message (Serial flash read error. Power mode ON) when I trying to access to any list of connected by BT phone, for example contact list or received calls, dialed calls etc. Dealer have no idea why!!
Any suggestions (for me or dealer? ;-) )
Also I have a problem with syncing android phone contacts but it is probably because I use Google to store all my contacts. But this message appears even I use any other phone like old Nokia or Sony Ericsson with embedded systems.

All I can think of is that the radio is seeking your phone's memory and it isn't compatible with what the radio expects to see. i.e. different formatting (NTFS / FAT32 / ???)

Thanks. I forgot about one thing, after that message needed list is displayed and I can use it so it is annoying but still can be used.
Scot, I thought that this list are sync to local radio memory and use "local", aren't it?

Scot, it is not about payment but about my English not well
But anyway, I just chat them using online chat and it looks that it is problem with wrong soft flashing. Last time when I was on inspection at a dealer, they flash my radio with new soft. It was because of problem with contact syncing (without success) and probably after that this problem occured.
So I have to go back to my dealership and ask for reflashing again.
I let you now about result of my visit.

Short update. Still not fixed. After 2 hours they said that now is OK. But still not.
