Setup DivX/Video System

Please excuse if this has been answered a million times throughout the forum, I did look around and did a search, couldn't find anything. How do I set up the DivX/video system in the Sonic? I purchased my Sonic a few days ago, and I am still figuring out how to do everything. I would be playing the movies from my iPhone 4.

Two things: One, the videos only play when the car is stopped. And secondly, I don't think it will work like that off of the iPhone, just like I can't see the pictures off of my iPod. The video has to be on a flash drive. I haven't tried it yet, so I'm not sure about additional settings or anything else. Additionally, the manual should say what files can be played.

I did mine by looking under settings, last category is divx (r) vod. Copy your registration string of letters and numbers then go online. Google register my divx. Put in the registration, grab a memory stick and copy their video then play it on your vehicle.

As far as playing vids from your iphone I would copy them to the memory stick. But the manual has a huge list of all video formats that can be played. I play all avi's that range from 1.5hrs to 2. Hope this helps.

I watch disney movies in my car all the time
