A dealer near me has a white Ltz sedan with turbo and no sunroof in stock while I ordered a red one with sunroof. I just want my sonic....in 3100 right now.....
So tempting

Take it from personal experience... DON'T DO IT!
Just wait for the one you ordered, bro. When it finally comes in, you see it sporting the color you REALLY WANTED, you sign the papers and drive off with it, you will be glad you waited.
Trust me, even though you may get one faster, you will always look out at your driveway, or out into your garage, and see the red Sonic you actually wanted, and the white one you only settled for, and ask yourself why you didn't wait. Your new car excitement and maddening anticipation will surely wear off... that white paint you settled for will not!
Seriously, DON'T DO IT! If the red you ordered is truly what you wanted, you WILL regret not waiting. Just warning you, man.

Sure you really need the sunroof though? Every car I've had with one I open like twice say "that was nice" and never use it again
In my celica and accord, the two cars I had with a sunroof I used them all the time. In the celica the only time I ever used the air conditioning was when my wife was in the car since she hated the sunroof being open.
The sticker was at 18000 for the white one
I have been keeping an eye out for one that is the same that I ordered though. There are some lt turbos near me in victory red but still waiting

I feel your pain -- though, thankfully, I have yet to see any LT turbo hatches show up anywhere near me, so there hasn't been any opportunity for instant gratification.
It also helps that I had to put down a non-refundable $1000 deposit when I put my first order in (which then carried over to the replacement order).
Funnily enough, I bounced from red to white -- and I swear, I'm still not sure it was the "right decision." But, at the end of the day, I did have to pick one color. ... Unless I want TWO Sonics... Hmmmmmmmmmm.

I really like having the sun roof if only for how less claustrophobic a car feels with one, especially smaller cars. I like being able to look up too!
I wish you could just get a window only on the roof, I hardly ever open mine. It is nice to vent on hot days though!

Unless you absolutely need the car now, why not just wait till yours is delivered? It might take a while longer, but in the end you'll have what you wanted.
I'm not picky on colors, and I really could care less what mine is, but some people do care. If you like the red, then wait for it to come. I wouldn't get a white car, I just don't like them.

I am without a car right now but it has been working out alright so far. My order just hit 3300 this morning so hopefully only a couple more weeks
