Sonic Lancer X Conversion?

Just out of curiosity, but has anyone looked into what it would take to do a front-end swap on the Sonic with an Evo X's bumper and lights? The cars seems to have very similar front-end styling, and I honestly wouldn't mind having the slightly more aggressive bumper of the Evo on the Sonic.

I think of the Sonic's headlights as a signature feature. Bumper swap sure, maybe, but lights, I would never.

It has already been tried in a similar fashion, with the GTR style kit. If it were stateside I would be all over it. It's just incredibly expensive to get one of these to the states, and for that reason it didn't pass the group buy.
