I see quite a few of them in the area. The vast majority of them are moving when I see them making pictures difficult. The two orange hatches I see almost daily though. I also see blue sedans regularly, mostly in transit. I finally saw a blue hatch the other day which makes me comfortable in saying I have now seen every color combination on each configuration.

Having just found this thread, I've missed out on a few opportunities. I've parked next to quite a few Sonics lately.

My Cyber Grey and my twin bros LT. He was in town so I snapped a few pics. You can see all the red cars at my house in the background. There are 4 total in my family and we have a problem with cars only coming in red.

I just spotted this odd sibling at Wal-Mart. The sonic badge is on the right and it had no trim badge. Looks like an LS.

There are just a lot of them in my area. All the pictures I have posted were taken within 2 miles in the towns of Mason, WV and Pomeroy, OH. Only one was actually in Pomeroy, the blue sedan I parked beside and got a picture of it with mine. Earlier today I saw another black sedan and red sedan but couldn't take pictures as I was driving. It's not an exaggeration when I say I can drive 5 miles and see at least 3 sonics. I see quite a few aveos as well.

Sarasota is the richest city in Florida next to Boca Raton. I imagine that is why you rarely see them. I wouldn't be surprised if you saw 50 Jags for every Sonic. Orlando would be different, obviously as there are tens of thousands of college students and probably as many lower wage employees at Disney. I would imagine Orlando has a fair share of Sonics.

Of course I've been to Naples. The family that owns the bait & tackle at the Naples pier is the same that owns Hart's Landing in Sarasota, unless they recently sold it at least. Regardless if Naples overtook Sarasota in the last decade or so doesn't diminish the wealth in Sarasota.
