Haha not totally angry. It would be sad if he technically wins because he can't win for real now that he DQ himself. The win would go to the 2nd most voted sonic. I know it looks like the votes are private but they are public. It is posted in the rules and in every voting thread but people still vote for themselves every once in awhile.
