Spark Plug Replacement Trouble

I was wondering if anyone could help.

I was trying to change my spark plugs today but I can't get the connection harness off the coil bar. It seems to be missing the orange locking tabs.

Mine broke off and I have it zip tied together, been ok for 100k miles.
Maybe you need to pull a little harder? I don't remember if any tabs need to be pushed down but check on the bottom to be sure.
