"Stock" Side exit Exhaust

TMO, you're like our own personal MacGyver.
I can't remember who's build thread I saw with a side exit but I really like it, and may have to something like it myself,
Why thank you kind sir! I like to make sh!t work in ways it was never intended to, its good for the budget too.
Eric Smit has the legit side exit system.

Muffler delete and intake mod video
This is not the side exit but it is with a muffler delete.
The Tail pipe from the Hatch won't be long enough to get an actual side exit, Hell the Sedans didn't come nearly as far as I had hoped it would so you might want to get a tip with the adapter and clamps.

I hear you on the tailpipe. I guess my previous post wasn't clear. I would get a tip to reach, and probably a universal hanger as well. so far as the brake line goes, do you think this spare hole would be a good place to mount a clip to hold it up and out of the way?
also, do you know the diameter of the exhaust off-hand?

I used those holes to make a sneaky cheap ziptie mount.
I would guess the pipe from the resonator to the muffler is about 1 3/4" and the tail pipe was a tight fit with a 2 1/8" clamp.

love it man, i did the same thing with mine, just cut after the res, heated up the pipe with a torch lol stuck a broom stick in there and bent it, then clamped pipe on and viola lol it was a slippery slope tho.. after that i removed the res, then the second cat, then added a glasspack then just re did the whole exhaust with a rice exhaust
