Strange no-start but then it starts issue....

So starting yesterday, whenever I get into the car and turn the key it does the click click click click thing like the battery is dead but after turning the ignition off and trying to start it again it will eventually start. So far, it hasn't taken more than 3 attempts to finally get the car to turn over and start. It seems a hair sluggish when it does turn over and the weirdest thing is that the tach needle will move backwards after the car starts and then stay there for 3 or 4 seconds before "correcting" itself. Once the car is running it runs perfectly fine and I get no battery light or CEL light. I took it to the auto parts store and they tested the Battery, Alternator, and Starter and said that all 3 were fine. Regardless, it seems like a weak battery issue to me. Has anyone had a similar issue or does anyone have opinions on what they think the issue is? Could it be a weak battery or maybe a bad batter terminal connection even though the parts store claims the battery tested fine?

I've been having this issue the past month, however, my difference is my car won't start unless I get jumped, will work for a week, then do the same thing. Chances are, there's a weak connection in the negative battery terminal that just needs cleaned, if you haven't done so already. I just bought a new battery since the issue started (not knowing how old my previous one was), and there seems to be an ongoing issue with corrosion in the negative terminal.

On a note, I also had gotten my old battery, alternator, and starter tested and everything was fine on those. So there must be a weak connection/

how old is the battery?

I have zero faith in any tester saying the battery is fine. I can't tell you how many random issues on various cars over the years I've had go away after replacing it with a fresh battery.

besides that, find and clean all grounding points/connections
