Ok, so I bought my my 2012 hatch with about 2k miles on it 4 years ago. It had a recall for the automatic transmission input shaft. Recall was done at the local dealer, no real issues noted immediately. 3 yrs later, I start getting hard downshifts and find slightly loose trans case bolts seeping fluid. I tighten the bolts and add fluid, almost 2 quarts.
Funny thing is this car never got very good MPG. Its still not as good as the Sonic sedans we have, but it seems to be 2-3 MPG better after adding the fluid...
Thoughts?
