At this point, the tune has resolved my funky shifting issues with our 2012. Shifts are now logical placed and crisp. Kick down still has a horrible lag.
After I tuning, I dumped the TCM data manually. Wasn't sure if the new tune did that automatically.
As others have noted... No more power, but better throttle response and resolving the tranny issues.
Hopefully it will stay this way!
