So I ordered the trifecta tune through BNR. Received the red cable a few days later and was excited to hook everything up. After plugging in, the files I received will only allow me install the "stock tune".. No custom tune options available. Have been in contact with BNR for the last 2+ weeks about the issue and BNR says they've contacted trifecta (as far as I've been told), without a response back.. I'm not here to bash either company, but was just wondering if anyone else has had any issues like these and if waiting weeks for a product that was already paid for is normal..
