Hey all,
So yesterday the sonic popped a U0101 after it wouldn't start. turned off and turned back on and check engine light/power steering light came on. It drives rough just like anyone else who has had this issue. Went to autozone and got the U0101. It's the only code. So, today I've been researching online and via youtube and I can't find any diagrams for the wiring of this car that's not the sterio or doors or something irrelevant to this. I did test the CAN circuit via the DTC Scanner port in the car and everything checked good there (grounds at pins 4/5, 60 ohms at pins 6/14, 2.8/2.2 volts at pins 6 and 14, and last 12 volts at pin 16 to ground. I'm still not convinced that it is the TCM itself and I was hoping someone on here would be able to lend a helping hand with tips and the wiring diagrams from the ECM to the Trans Cover Plate connector so I can break it down and check the ground from that harness since that seems to be a common issue causing the no communication issue in other vehicles.
Also, it is the 1.4L LTZ, 2012 and I have looked in Csmans and the 3 volume one that is floating around this forum. I didn't see anything that helps beyond what I have already checked in the 3 volume one but it is something like 3 or 4,000 pages so maybe I don't know where to look but any help with a wiring diagram of this system would be greatly appreciated and/or tips from anyone who has also had this same issue.
