Upgrade Radio Sonic 2012 to sonic my link

hello there
im from indonesia
in here i already got chevy sonic with original radio
in my radio i dont have port usb, i dont hve bluetooh.
only aux if i want play music from my phone.
anyone have try to upgrade the original radio ?
or its will be possible if i use my link radio with screen (i find on ebay many people sell it)?
*i dont need replaced it with another radio
i just need make the original radio work with usb and bluetooh.

You could get a Bluetooth adapter to plug into the aux port. For my 2012 Sonic I replaced the radio.

Can't swap units, it's too difficult and requires more than just the head. You need the OnStar and Bluetooth modules in the dash as well as getting it coded in by the dealer. Better off getting an aftermarket unit

i hve a bluetooh adapter, but its not really god, if i drive i want to change song, i must be see my phone, and change it from phone.
too many adapter bluettoh have small button.

yea, thats true, i hve ask dealer in my city.
and the answer its same with you.
in here i need original radio, bc if im using aftermarket radio, its not really good.
i mean the quality not like original

I did swap my radio. Metra makes a lot for it that maintained the functions of the oem radio. It’s not hard at all

I'm interested as well. I have a 2012 with factory stereo that has Bluetooth and OnStar. Is it possible to get a used MyLink and swap it out?
