ok so i have a 2012 1.8L LT les than 1500 miles and I owe 17,400. and I am pre approved for up to 19,500 on a new sonic. Could I get the 1.4LT? any ideas as to where or how?

Don't want to sound harsh here and I'm sorry if you take it that way however the problem is trading in your current car. You'll be lucky to get 12k (Havent actually checked auction pricing) for it on trade.
You'd have to come up with the difference or roll money over.
