So this is my 8 day owning this chevy sonic. Traded my 2010 camaro to get better fuel mileage and cheaper insurance. And haven't own my sonic that long and already saving a lot of money!

I done a few things, nothing big yet. btw if anybody know a good site for rims can u pm me it? These stock rims needs to go.

i'll update this as i go.

Just got bored one day and decide to paint this black. I tried to mask off the "P, R, N, D, M" but it turn out looking werid so i decide to give to it 3 coat maybe it will still shiny though it. Well it kinda does but i still can see it so it doesn't bother me.

Added clear coat.

I had some left over vinyl from my camaro so i decide to black out the bowtie.

after that i got some ideas from you guys i saw other builds and kinda....copy u

still gotta touch it up a bit. just making this thread while it dry. so far this is what i got, ill update if i got anything new

I did a red vinyl over my Victory Red hatch's bowties. May do the same over that chrome strip you used paint on. Probably going to debadge the "Sonic," "LTZ," and "Turbo" badges as well. Going as monochrome as possible. Like where yr going as well, tho, especially if you do black rims too.

I've really been thinking about painting the rear bumper like that.

What are you using to paint that rear bumper and piece over the license plate? Looks good.

Plasti-dip, I was about to put a glossy coat on it but looks fine now so ill leave it for another day
