What is the best oil for an oil change?

I have a 2014 Chevy Sonic LTZ turbo. I believe I can get oil off of the ZZP website, but what is the best oil for the car? I'd rather change the oil myself because it's cheaper. If I'm wrong, let me know please!

Wallmart SuperTech 5W30 full Synthetic with Delco filter runs @$26.00. $18.00 for 5 Qts of oil. Make sure you get the correct oil filter because GM made used 2 different filter types for the Sonic.

O'Reillys sometimes has combo specials on thier Syntec brand (Castrol) plus Microgard filter made by Wix. Those usually run @ $33.00.

I have the 1.8 non turbo engine and I do oil changes myself, so I have always used 5w-30 mobile 1 with a G.M filter. The cost of the oil at Walmart is around 25.00 for 5 quarts, the 1.8 uses 4.8 quarts of oil, so I buy the large 5 quart bottle because it comes out a little cheaper and you can save the little left over for other things. An oil and filter change should cost you if you go to Walmart for the oil and order 2 filters online about 30.00 per oil change.
