i'll make this short as possible but i thought i'd let it out there how awful their customer service is. yesterday i followed their facebook and twitter pretty hard waiting for an intake and exhaust to become available. eventually the air intake was available for $143 but i kept adding it to my cart in and it was $20 more EVERYTIME. eventually i got over it and purchased it. then i waited for the exhaust. it took me over an hour to add the exhaust to my cart because their website was absolutely terrible yesterday. finally i added it to my cart. it was about $243 with shipping. now what really pisses me off about this situation is, the item is IN MY CART and by the time i hit the "place my order" button the price changed and was suddenly $100 more!! so i got screwed out of a good deal on the exhaust...
and now the sad part..
upon emailing customer service i explained my problem and was hoping for some cooperation. i got none, at all. i told them to cancel my previous purchase if we couldnt come to a resolution on any discount for me having an item IN MY CART and not being able to check out with the correct price. they didnt even TRY to convince me to not cancel my previous order, they just cancelled it!!! as a sales person, it happens all the time. a disgruntled customer has a issue and wants to cancel. you have to explain to them why NOT to cancel, not just cancel their order. now dont get me wrong, i clearly told them to cancel it, but come on...they didnt want anything to do with my problem.
here is a quote i recieved in an email....
"I understand that most people feel a business is there to serve them. Normally we are. During this, we are not."
wow. you should be there for your customer no matter what time it is.
this business is a joke, i've never ordered anything from there and i will never attempt to again.
on that note, suggestions for a exhaust system, air intake and shifter bushings/etc would be greatly appreciated!! i'm willing to pay twice as much for good service.
