Is there anything you can do for me? Car has about 50K miles, was under pre-owned certified warranty but that expired. I originally brought it in during the warranty for the noise but the tech was unable to identify, then it got worse, and then they replaced the end links recently. Is this part of the Chevy customer satisfaction policy for the service campaign? VIN is 1g1jc5sh2c4177828. The service manager was not there when I had the vehicle repaired so I could not address it with him directly. Thank you.
I saw your comment to PlayCrackTheSky regarding a broken cruise control switch. I went out to my car yesterday morning to discover that my cruise control switch had broken the same way that his was and you told him to PM you with his information. My VIN number is 1G1JD6SH3D4135043 and my current mileage is 43,765. I bought the car last summer with around 31,000 miles. I have a pic of the broken switch in my profile and I can send that to you as well if that would help. I have taken the car to the Northpoint Chevrolet location but am open to any dealer that can take care of this. Thank you!

I have a 2012 Sonic 1.4 Turbo with a manual transmission with 48k miles. The two bolts that hold my clutch master cylinder in place have broken. My dealer is telling me that this repair is not covered under the powertrain warranty. Since this assembly is part of the powertrain, why would it not be covered?
My local dealer, King Chevy in Longmont Colorado acts like they don't know what I'm talking about in wanting my Mylink updated and no one ever asks for this. How can we educate them and get my stereo updated?
The tires have 9/32 tread and we're on the cruze for a month then on my sonic for 3 days before being placed in storage if you would like to text me at 915 422 9297 I would be able to send you more pics

Forgive my ignorance, but what would I do with this cable once I buy it from you? I assume that I'll have to acquire some sort of additional software to upload a tune to my ECM?
I uploaded the pic of the washer. Wow. This needs to be replaced every time the axles pulled. And the parts dept told me that this is a recall part!
I like the work you've done on your sonic so far, pretty similar to what I want to do with my Granite Sonic as well.
