why not just buy an external hard drive? I just bought a 2tb hard drive for under $100. I would assume a hard drive big enough to hold their software couldnt cost you much more than 50$. But it would take up another USB port, so you would need to buy a computer with 2 USB ports. That may work better than a more expensive laptop... but what do i know.. i'm only 19...

The tune itself is not large in file size only a few MB. I flashed my budget tune on a netbook with an intl Atom and half a gig of ram. Most anything you can pick up this day and age will be able to flash the tune if that's all you need it to do.
