I was driving down the road last night when my bumper came off didn't get in an accident it just feel off not sure how this happens. I have Chevy a call and they said it would be covered by the Warranty..we will see how thus turns out. Anyone else ever hear of this. It is like they didn't bolt it on our something 4.5k miles was just to much

Well i called my dealership they said they can't do anything till Monday and no loaner car have to have a manager look St it

I feela little insulted. They said they would have to have managers look at it to see what can be done.. This isn't my fault. The way it was said has left me with a sour taste.

They should have taken the car from you this morning. Giving you a rental no questions asked.

If it was me I'd prob of told them have a rental ready I'm on my way. Don't have one? Well you better call enterprise.

Of course they'll want to look at it to find out what happened but to tell you a manager needs to look at it to see what can be done?

You don't tell a customer that. You should have brought the bumper there and set it up on the counter. Here this is what "Can Be Done"

I really have a hard time seeing this happen on a vehicle and it being a factory defect!

Sorry to hear about your bumper. Hopefully, you will have a quick response from the dealer determining what caused that to happen.
