The dohc 4.6 is a amazing engine but sadly the 03-04 block is the weaker of the engine the 93-98 Lincoln markviii had the better engine block . 6 bolt main caps and the early ones where made by the same people who make Ferrari engine blocks . There is a company that builds the early blocks and by a simply boreing it out the a 5.0, cams, pistons can easily hit 500+. And the 93-94 Lincoln cranks can handle 1200hp . Everything about the engine design screams power

And once you add forced induction . Might as well forget it. The power these little motors can make is off the charts. There are a ton of them in the 8 sec 1/4 mile range

I love the 03 cobra motors because you can easily push 20 psi 600+ HP out of a completely stock block and stock trans it's the most affordable car you can get with that HP. Btw, how come you never put up a pic??

I drive 35 miles one way to work and my Cummins only gets 24 mpg and at 4+ dollars a gallon for diesel I was spending close to 80 dollars a week in fuel... I actually went to look at the dodge dart and dident like it and saw this orange car sticking out of the lot and fell in love with the color.... and now I have it....

Awhhh yeah I love love love the mpg in this car. 5 bucks got me 60 miles! It's great and I love how it shows how many miles until I have to fill up.

That's really really great. my dad usually uses my car to commute to work in, because he has an H3 and the gas on that is ridiculous as well.. That was our 2nd main reason for getting mine. 1 I needed a car for college and 2 gas was getting really high and this way he can come home earlier.
