Hello I am from Camaro5 and Corvette7. I have a 9 year old Cavalier and it is time to trade up. My girlfriend and I own two Camaros, which has been getting expensive to own two and we are trying to find ways to save for a C7. So here is the story....we plan to trade the Cavy and one of the Camaros to bring down our monthly car payments.

Can't wait to see what everyone has to say around here and join the sonic community.

well, i've been a member of this fine site since october last year. I was looking at getting a Sonic at that time, but because of other life happenings, I wasn't able to get one. I have done a ton of research, so I feel I know a lot about this car. Really excited about getting a Sonic and can't wait to play with it a little.

I know what you guys are saying here! Once i started i havent been able to stop. If im not modifying a part on my cars then something is wrong with me lol. Im one that just hates keeping something stock. just cant do it lol. My first car i was good at not doing much, but once i got my 2nd car it was all over. i modified the crap out of it. then i got my 3rd vehicle and that didnt stay stock long. now im on my 4th and only as i traded the last 2 in for my sonic. and as you will see in my build thread, ive only had it not even a year yet and ive done so much to it already ha ha ha. Yep, ive been bitten by that mod bug.

i already know the first thing we are doing is covering the bowties up. just not sure what accent color to go with. gloss black, matte black, topaz blue, another accent color???

I wish I could run out and take some pics right now but my Sonic is in the shop getting a new Trans. I have almost all of the chrome blacked out, only the trim on the grille and the trim on the top of the doors is still chrome. Those pieces will get blacked out when I get my car back next month.
