BC BR or Pedders?

Which ones go lower? I see BC BRs are cheaper but I'm not sure which ones go the lowest. I'm talking about the BC BR specific series kit for the Sonic.

I beg to disagree. I believe the JusticePete Sonic is at least that low (maybe even lower) and if I remember correctly that Sonic has Pedders coilovers.

I remember seeing pictures posted in a thread, I can't remember which one.

I remember that picture. I am thinking both JusticePete and Iraqivet used the same tricks to get that low. It seems the latter asked for and got hints from the former but it may have been a member other than Iraqivet who asked.

But I hold with my original answer as to which can go lower: both as the BC BR appears to be a clone of the Pedders Xa.

BC BR are only $1,000 while the Pedders are like $1,300?

Seems right. The price difference is attributed to quality. Both are popular choices, which I suspect are made based on what is important to the buyer.

and my new set up should be about a inch lower than last year. but its a custom set up

this is the only pic of justicepete's car on the pedders and that is not low.

I think Preloader is running Pedder's and he has pulled just about everything he can out. I do not think it is "iraqivet" low though.

Found this in his build thread and they look like Pedder's to me....

I will rephrase my answer to the original question: installed in a manner following instructions, neither should lower a car more than the other. I make that statement due to many "allegations" but to my knowledge no proof that the BC BR is a Chinese clone of the Pedders Xa. Enough allegations to indicate to me the very real possibility of truth.

One would expect if there were significant differences, other than quality of construction methods, those differences would have come to light by now. To my knowledge, none have.

All three are so low, and in his commentary JusticePete says he could go lower but at the sacrifice of rideability, that it seems the only way to get a definitive answer would be to line the three up, side to side, and then measure.

Nice! I wish I had the kiwis to take another it down another inch, but alas the title of Lowest Sonic rightfully belongs to you.

so to answer everyone. bc's are the lowest.
me Thaifight-R, ZachTullier are the lowest.
thaifight-r bought my bc coils
zachtuller modded a set of cuze coils like i did mine and then he got diff rear springs.

and my new set of for this year should be 1 inch lower than last year. putting the airdam about a 1/2 off the ground so when someone can show me that pedders can go that low than maybe ill except them,
