I am from orange county pics coming soon....thanks for all the welcomes...and rdss I new with everything about these cars...I have a local garage that has thr abilty to build stainless steel headers but we will need multiple people in on it.Do you guys think we should delete the oxygen sensor port or try to keep it?:banana:

Oh and I have a 1.8 found it more effective cost wise and for what I want to do but for the record have raced 3 stock 1.4l on the freeway and I get out about 3-4 lengths in front befor were dead even

~ I for one find my 1.8 to be very quick. And so does the lot of people ive blown away with it... and thats with it stock yet...
~ Anything you can do to help us 1.8 owners improve our sonics is gladly appreciated! Im planning on having a Custom 2.25" Magnaflow Cat-Back System built here soon once i get my tax return back. Gonna run it from the 2nd CAT back and delete the resonator and run a Magnaflow Muffler in the stock muffler position and then end it with a stainless steel turn down pipe keeping it hidden under the car like it is stock. Should sound very nice once its done. Then my next step is to buy an intake and install it. Then save up to get it tuned with the Trifecta Tune. Its a work in progress!

The more support the 1.8 guys can get the quicker they'll stop crying.... J/K!!!lol That would be awesome if you could organize a real header for the 1.8. What shop will be building it? Are they a large shop or just someone local?
Also, I think you shouldn't delete the O2 bung, I would highly recommend leaving it in the normal place like ZZP has done with the 1.4t down tube. You will need tuning (and I'm not sure if they can just kill the sensor all together or if they just ignore the signal but allow the car to know the sensor is still present which could cause other problems) which you will want with a header anyway, Trifecta can just disable the O2 as they do on the 1.4's already.

Okay so today I did an exhaust system from cat back just deleting the resonator and changing the mufflerI used flow master instead of magnaflow and you can let it be visable looks stock.On top of this today I put on the eibach pro springs today corners way hard super smooth ride and the drop is more than 1.0inch front and 1.4inch rear I say this because I have 17inch wheels my friends sonic is stock and has 15 inch wheels and I am much lower than him and dont rub.....on another note the headers will be done by a local performance shop based out of garden groove, ca we havent made anything yet because I cant do it on my own the first one made will be most expensive were estimating abot 800-900 a jig will be made so more can be made and thoose will be sold for around 400-500 dollar can possibly see about making 350 per each one but I need people to jump in I do have a sonic that a friend owns who is willing to let the shop use to make it.

Wasnt a cruze they have been all 1.4L turbo sonics they dont pull hard on top end but I admit out the hole and mid range I get taken but for the freeway have yet to be beat by the 1.4L turbo...maybe could be driver also.
