Stupid question, is there a difference between a terry cloth and a microfiber towel? Lol

Yes a terry cloth is similar to a bath towel but thinner and a microfiber is well a microfiber.

You use the terry to wipe the dirt off because the threads have more depth there for not scratching the paint. If use a microfiber to remove the dirt it will scratch. Now once it hazes over you buff it out with a micro

It's somewhat hard to tell from the pics but the results are great! It was very windy outside so I wasn't able to apply the stuff very evenly. If it wasn't windy and I was able to use it the most efficiently, I bet I could get the whole care done with 2 oz. It might take a little more than that though.

OK you have my interest. Email sent....I live on a dirt road, plus it's Winter. The back of my car is always a mess. We will see how this works (assuming I get a sample)!

Looks pretty damn good to me.. And dont forget, you're getting a polish at the same time. Just washing your car cleans it, but doesnt give it as good of a shine and UV protection..

If you spray water on the section you used the DWG Ultra-Ion, you will see that the water beads up.. A regular car wash will not do that unless you use a wax after.

DWG is the fastest, and most cost efficient way Compared to a complete wash & wax.. And it will stay cleaner longer, and make the next cleaning easier..

Note: This is just a sample test bottle that you used. When ordering actual product from website, you will receive a “Pump Spray Applicator” that mixes air with the liquid to save on product, give you a nice even mist spray for easier application and an even better Finish.

I want to chime in that I bought some Meguiar's Quick Detailing stuff, which I assume is the same stuff but $10 more a bottle, and I can't tell a difference.

Meguiar's Quick Detailer will not break down the dirt on a dirty car. Its only meant to be used as a quick detailer in between cleanings (Not recommended to spray and wipe on dirt and will most def. scratch your paint if there are any abrasives in the dirt) We do have a product thats similar to this called DWG QUICK MIST 16oz w/trigger sprayerWaterless Interim Car Shine for $12.95

This is "NOT" the same as "Dri Wash n'Guard Ultra-Ion" Completely different formulas and purpose..

Because you are comparing oranges to apples.. Dri wash n guard "Ultra-Ion" cleans & polishes a dirty car. Meguiars is just for keeping a pre waxed car shiny in between wash & wax.

Compare it to the DWG Quick Mist for $12.95

If Meguiars made a product comparable to "Ultra Ion" it would probably be $15-$20 more becouse of the name brand.
