Its a lean code.
Go back over the intake and make sure eveything is tight, fitting together properly, and DBL check the MAF sensor connection and make sure its sealing.
If all that's good its probably the intake itself. What kind did you get? Air could be flowing over the MAF differently than the stock box, tripping the code. If that's the case a data log should fix the problem and maybe per RDSS using EZ flash to disable it.
