Thanks I'm pretty proud of it. First trip ever to the drag strip.
I shifted at 5500, and NLS 2nd & 3rd. I ran 3rd out til the finish.
My first couple passes I didn't NLS and my times showed it. Without the NLS I ran a 15.4 & 15.6. With NLS and a low 2.4 60ft I could consistently run a 15.0 or a 14.9.
The launch is where it's at. I would rev to 2,000 RPMs and slip the hell out of the clutch. It's really tough and it shows in my 60ft times. You know your doing something that's not great for your clutch which I think makes it more difficult than it is.
The only time I remotely got a good 60ft was when I got the 14.85.
Slipping the clutch is key IMO.
