I got a question.. So im looking to get my hands on the original window sticker since the one i have is not the original window sticker.. I called the dealer and the car may be in my name now but in the dealers system its still in the original owners name and he cant release that info to me.. so i called GM headquarters and they didn't know what to do and transfered me to another number and turns out it was the factory where they built the sonics and they were confused why she sent me there.. is there anyway i can get or order this window sticker?

I'm going to go out on a limb, but I think the idea of the "original" window sticker is gone by now. Anyone can send her whatever and SAY it was the original. If she doesn't have the one that was on the actual car when she (or the previous owners) bought it, it's not going to be "original" in the fact that it won't be the one that the dealer used to represent what they were selling.

I'm going to look at it from the POV that when I had a misleading sticker on my RS, they sent out replacements. My "original" now says all of the corrected numbers. If I ask for a copy, I am going to probably get that one, NOT the one that misrepresented the fuel economy of the RS, which the dealer conveniently removed and tossed before I had a chance to realize.

Maybe she can ask the dealer to send the previous owner her information and tell them to call her.
