Hades, you still use onstar? Why Im asking is, a real low tire can make a car lean also. Of course you should have felt it, at least a little, while driving. And Onstar would chime in to let you know (I think). If I remember I think they informed me of a low tire at one time.
As mentioned, to be sure, measure on level ground, and a peek underneath is NEVER a bad idea. But for sure measure as looks can be decieving.
Not to be a prick, but are you checking it on level ground? also, are you setting the parking brake and then getting out? the parking brake is strong enough to hold the car crooked, and if you were enough to make it lean, and then you get out to check it, it could be crooked.
yes. release the parking brake and put it in gear to hold it.
I would expect a low tire as you can feel a bad spring when it goes.

Well if its the car that's built crooked then that would mean it can't be fixed
Can you post measurements from ground to wheel arch as measured through the dead center of the wheel at each corner?
Having been there and done that with the spring sag, it can be very tricky to actually find level ground to get an accurate measurement.

I do not recall any car that I measured having the same measurement from side to side but if there is a huge difference I suppose that would point to a bad spring but I would think one would feel/hear it when driving down the road.

Just about any gas station at the pumps should be level enough to get these measurements.
Gas station (pump islands) have to be almost level. If there is a gas leak at the pump, they dont want too much to "run-off". They want to contain it at the site for clean up.
if it's leaning to the side, why would front and back measurements be the ones we want?
