Yeah, I can't fit in an S2000 or a first or second gen Miata. I can squeeze into the third gen though, but the maximum payload for the car is like 350lbs. lol

I accept this thread as a challenge!! As of today, I'm 5'4" #205 amd 50+. I'm gonna miss the beer, pizza and burgers!! I did this 12 years ago but fell off the wagon big time! Kick starting the metabolism and plenty of water are the keys!! :banana::banana:

drink ****ing water. lol little things help, tighten up your diet. don't pay for these crazy deals on tv. everyone is different and nobody knows ur body better than you do. every little thing helps.. for example if ur watchin tv at night.. every time commercials come on, do push ups, or sit ups or wall sits.. lundge to the fridge for ur snack or water or whatever.. and run!! walking on the treadmill with incline up is good for fat burning.. or like if u live fairly close to work get yourself a bike and pedal to work.. exercise plus savin gas don't eat after 8pm, small portions throughout the day. and like, if u want cookies or something, like for me, poptarts are like crack to me, so when I want one, I get grapes or an apple or something instead ya know? or just drink water that's the army's answer for everything and anything

I have an excellent weight loss program I can highly recommend. Get a girlfriend, have lots and lots of hot monkey sex as often as humanly possible or even more often than that, and stop eating because you are substituting that for sex, plus who has time to eat, see point one.
Went from 200 to 175 on this diet and exercise program, and some of what I've kept has turned to muscles in places I didn't even know I had places.. and unlike every other form of exercise I've tried in the past, I am very much not getting bored of this one.
Oh, and drink lots of water. You'll need it.

I dropped to 275 when I had a GF...
Back on topic: phase one of stage one was implemented yesterday:
Had my last NOS yesterday, Denied my first beer in a long time yesterday, Drinking water now
Will slowly ween out everything else as well... guess i gotta hit up the oat meal tomorrow morning.

Sign up for a 5K or similar event about 2 months away. If you have to pay for it, or are motivated for it (my first 5K was a breast cancer fundraiser in honor of my mother) you will find the way to train and be healthy come race day. Don't need to go out and win the thing, but the sheer fact that you can/did finish one is a HUGE motivation booster.

Or do like I did. Drink the wrong kind of alcohol, end up in a hospital, completely ruin your memory, and suddenly put on 20 pounds in the next two months with the only change being that you CUT OUT alcohol completely. STill trying to figure that one out. Really screwed myself up that night.
