Gave it a nice bath since were so slow at work. Took off the dealer sticker on the back n topped up the coolant. Tires were a lil low from sittin on the lot too.

Put new headlights in and put some air in the tires. Also ordering Oracle Halo Lights this week!

I considered the idea of Halos but then I was thinking - our cars have a pretty unique headlight design right out of the box - do halos look that much different?

Installed a new shifter knob.. it is a little big. But it is better than the standard one.

Did some 'arts & crafts' today. CF vinyl on the front & rear bowties, and started black plastidipping the rims. Finishing rims tomorrow, and possibly a couple other items... we'll see how the taping goes for the other items.

I had actually wanted to just do the spokes, but I ran out of patience trying to tape and said "F*** this!!" and did the whole thing.

Also tried the vinyl on the steering wheel bowtie, and wheel cap... both of which turned out horribly. Major fail. Immediately removed. Wheel caps will be totally black also... Figure I can paint the little bowtie with something if I want it accentuated.

Halos give the cars headlights even more uniqueness. They are extremely interesting because the kit goes around all four headlights instead of just two. I personally love the look of them and can't wait to get mine.

Looks good! I may be wrong but didn't the company who painted them stop production? I was really looking forward to getting one but I'm not sure if its available or how to get one somewhere else

Got mine from BNR. I heard the other company was moving or something so they'd have to stop production for a while. Email BNR and see if they can give you an ETA. Mine took about 2.5 weeks.

No, the company will be closed over the summer and they will start again in August I believe.
