Hello from PA!

Greeting from the great state of Pennsylvania. Yesterday I bought a 2013 Inferno Orange 1.8L Sonic LT Hatchback. This is my first band new car and it only had 8 miles on it. I love it! Felt good driving it from the moment I got behind the wheel. I love the color, too. On our way home from the dealer, we had to stop at my wife's work to pick up a couple things and two guys were doing some garage work next door and immediately started complimenting my Sonic. They loved the color and said it looked "pretty sharp." There isn't anything about it so far that I don't like. I'm not a gear head, so getting the turbo wasn't a priority for me. Just needed a more fuel efficient car that I can have for many years to come. I traded in my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had 138000 miles on it and is extremely glad for the change. I'm excited to be a member of this club!

Congrats on the purchase and welcome to the forum. I recently purchased my RS with 8 miles on it as well. First new car and I sure love the feeling! I'm glad you mentioned what you traded in, reminds me that I never shared that information. I traded in an '01 Audi A4 Quattro 1.8t automatic with 118,000 on the clock. Loved the car but couldn't afford to maintain it any longer, suspension-wise it was falling apart around me, and the MPGs (at least mine) were horrible.
