Yep, I did finally find that right there in the owners manual.

Not yet. Will make sure to ask the dealership service techs when I go in for an oil change sometime this week.
Am also waiting on a reply back from customer service, who was contacting a technical assistance agent about it...

This was an 'emergency' (stuck in traffic on the highway)... It would not have been that low otherwise. I was literally less than 6 miles from work (and a gas station) when the 70mph traffic came to a dead stop ahead of me. I still had a bar on the gas guage and around a 40mile readout instead of 'Lo'. Sitting at a dead stop on the highway and then crawling along at inches per hour for 15 minutes brought it to this.

For your reference, since you seem so concerned, from the 9 times I've filled my tank so far, the average # of gallons I put in per fill is 8.87 gallons. This is at 2 bars on the gas gauge as well. So it being this low is certainly not "constant" behavior for me.

I have to take an even stronger issue with this... Some of you guys seem to think (and repeat this on every forum talking about it) that everyone always has money to keep the gas tank filled over a certain amount, and maybe money isn't ever an issue for you. If you guys think it is such a crime people have to do 'what they have to do' sometimes, then why don't you send gas money instead of blowing hot air about it, or better yet, just answer the question. It's all about fact-finding on these forums and complaining about people dealing "with life" from a snob pulpit is irrelevant.
