Really, stopped on hills and rain and RWD an issue? I live in Seattle, drive a rwd (lightweight mind you) car in the rain quite often. No issues with what you described here. Below is a picture of the road I worked on down town for over 9yrs. So Seattle, stoplights and rain hills rain....no issues! We are used to it
As far as snow....doesn't matter if you have 4x4, AWD, FWD or RWD here in the city....have fun crashing! We donkt have a ton of gear and the city doesnt use salt...only sand. This is why the city shuts down from only a few inches of snow because of all the hills, take a look at the pic. Its because the city itself is built on a giant hill that leads to the sound. Even on the flat freeway, most folks dont do well in the snow because we dont get a ton of it in the Puget Sound lowlands. I guess its all relative to the conditions we are used to.
