Next year will involve proper tires. The Falken Ziex 512 tires just were not up to the task. They did alright, but left a lot to be desired for grip.

Going against a 2006 Scion tC and 2003 RSX-s, I think i did alright. The RSX was also driven by a novice, so that helped me out a bit. I have not done this in at least 8 years, and it was obvious.

I painted the DDM intake shield red, had to custom fit it to make it work with ZZP intake. I also painted the turbo heat shield and the coil cover red.

Shopping spree for my car this weekend. ZZP Muffler to replace the ZZP muffler delete I have, HID Kit, LED interior kit/license plate lights, intake, tinted rear tail lights (lamin-x), and low profile bug deflector. next up is headers, tune, and shark-fin atteana. Then pretty much complete for a long while...

got the less expensive items this week, then next paycheck i can drop ~900 on her.

I got my tubes back from the powder coat guy..

I decided to go black... I mean you what they say...


hoping i have enought time this weekend to get it all installed and my bumper back on..

on another note.. I got a little to happy and when putting the wat/meth nozzle in a stripped out the plug..
SO I was able to get a different size plug in it to seal it.. and ordered a ddm throttle spacer.. always take your time..

Got my interior/license plate lights put in last night while my girl was taking forever to get ready...got the kit for 17 dollars on eBay. The back hatch light is such a PITA to remove I didn't bother, and the dome light is the wrong size (too short vs the stock bulb) but I'm happy, never use the dome anyways and the 2 map lights light the entire car very well.

Found a pair slightly used weather tech floor mats for really cheap....$50 for fronts and back. And it's the version with the lip around them, the expensive ones.

I almost got a set of RS rims for $400 that's including the tires. Went on kijiji the following day to call the guy and they were not up anymore. I think they got sold.

The dome light doesn't fit (too small in length). But like I said, well worth the price and I never use dome anyways so whatever.

Today I got presents...ZZP Muffler (replacing my muffler delete), HID's, Lamin-X film tint for rear tail lights, bug deflector. Still waiting on headers, new wheels (i know I just got some lol), downpipe, tune cable, some vinyl wrap (carbon fiber), and my intake. Should be in tomorrow.
