Sorry to bug you again, but do you recall what part number you used, or at least which style of Thrush?

I'm concerned with Magnaflow being too quiet. In my experience with Thrush mufflers, the cheapest ones pass a lot of noise into the cabin, since they are not packed. This is kind of what I'm looking for, I find myself clutching poorly with the radio on at any reasonable volume, just no feel for the engine.

Did you have any issues attaching it to the seemingly very short pipe left ahead of the muffler? Clamp or weld? I don't like people working on my cars for me, but I don't have access to a welder.

Just look for the turbo model w the 2" inlet/outlet. I clamped it on. It is close but it will clamp and stay on tight

I definitely didn't like the "no muffler" sound. I assume you had the resonator installed in both your videos?

I'm thinking about having a new 2.25" catback made with the quiet magnaflow and no resonator.

get the solo exhaust it sounds nice and is 2.25
