Creeking and clanking noise

Im hearing a creeking and clanking when turning or going over bumps on front passenger side. I swapped the end links with moog ones so I know its not that. Any ideas on what else it could be? Im thinking that something is loose but I just cant find the problem.

I have been having the same issue as well with my 13 LT. Started happening 3 months after i got the car and only when turning right at low speeds or going over entrance curbs. I will be taking mine in for its first service soon. If i find out what it is i will post back. I suspect a strut mount might be the cause however.

I have the same sound coming from my right front. I think it is from the aftermarket intake.

I have a similar sound and dealer told me it was my shocks which warranty doesn't cover?

I have 91,000km on mine but I do have extended warranty up till 100,000km with a $100 deductible and powertrain up to 160,000kms. I was told this last week when I had my blower motor replaced.

eh, that's pretty long for a shock to go and then have a manufacturing fault. I can't really blame the dealer there.

I took it in to my mechanic and the only thing he could find was that it's most likely that the top of the strut is not seated correctly, so I will be taking it back in to get it fix and will post again for the result.

is yours a creaking noise coming from the shock tower when turning at lower speeds? I have that issue after replacing the front links for the 3rd time. The list of things just keeps growing.

When I rebuilt my struts the second time I had the top hat slightly off and would make a rotation click when turning, they can be very finicky

It's more like an old door creeping when u open it slowly.

Creeking* and I know it's not the end links cuz I just swapped those for steel ones.

I just started hearing a clink noise from my passenger side too... driving me crazy. The door is closed and the windows up.. do you guys hear it from the outside or inside? Wanna have some idea before I take it in. Thanks

Well had mine in for service today, apparently the strut mounts where a bit dry so they lubricated them for me. Told me it would take a while for the lube to penetrate and stop the creak and clunk noises. Will give them the benefit of a doubt for a few weeks to see if it resolves the problem.

The strut mount...... A dry "strut mount" would not cause clunks. Creaks and squeaks, ya I have had those in some form or another in my suspension adventures but clunks?

My passenger side strut mount was replaced due to this as well. Clunking was replaced by more of a door creeking sound after that. I figured it just had to settle in, but no, after a few thousand miles the creeking is replaced by the clunking again. Back to the dealer again I guess. They already did a strut mount and that only fixed it for a few days. For some odd reason, it always goes away after they do anything in the passenger front wheel area and takes at least a few days to return.
