The part that holds the license plate lights over the license has become loose and I am not sure hot to tighten it back on. can anyone help me out here? I have a 2012 chevy sonic hatcback

You will have to take the liner out of the trunk lid and u will see the 4 bolts that hold it in place

OK. thanks!!! that's what I pretty much figured, but was hoping otherwise. do you know if the liner is held on by screws or clips?

It's held in by black clips.

It's very hard to break them. It's those ones where u pull the middle piece out and then pull the rest of the thing out.. Hard to explain

well I am sure I will put them to the test of their durability lol, thank you for your help by the way, now do you know if the rest of the rear cargo panels are held on by clips as well? I have to take the two side pieces off to replace the cargo lid pins.

is just the lens for the Lic plate bulbs?
If so they break pretty easy and you can grab them at the dealer for like 9 bucks. I broke one when I swapped out the bulbs for LEDs
