I messed up, I needed to have my 15's vs the 17's but I was being lazy.

The 17's are heavier then the 15's and as a result effects acceleration

Wouldn't u get better traction and a lot less tire roll on the 17? That's worth it. Tire roll is the devil.

For autox, smaller side wall the better,

At least with the sonic I have found that as long as you have a good performance tire on a 15 you will be fine.

But with a 1.4 that has a little more power you may not even notice the added weight of the 17's.
