How about stop jumping on the 1.4 bandwagon and make parts that the 1.8 and 1.4 can use. Or better yet make a custom intake manifold for the 1.8 and rods and pistons but im one if the few

I'd probably add a set of cams in there along with a stronger valve cover that makes use of the pcv. It's a pain when the disc ruptures and air gets sucked in.

I'd also like to throw out a suggestion of a corrosion resistant belly pan that is not plastic for our cars. helps with handling and gas mileage and better protection under the car.
