No the turbo/manifold is too close to the housing so unless you do a crazy O2 housing to clear it

Yes and no. Does the manifold place the turbo in the stock location?

That sucks. Just cut the stock cat off your exhaust manifold and weld a T25 flange on too it and call it a day

The s13 or even the gtir turbo would be a better choice. The gt20 is too small for a 1.8 IMO

Like i said I'm only hoping for 200 hp, better gas mileage, and a bit more fun I'll be running stock internals so I don't want to blow anything

It's not about power when it comes to the selection. Check out the flow chart of the GT20 vs the GT25/28. Picking the wrong turbo would keep you in boost early which would give you less Mpg

Any one of those are perfect for this application looking at the turbo map and Garret's boost advisor.

I'm still new to reading maps.

I want one that holds boost from like 2000 to 5500rpm

Then a s13 sr20 turbo would be it. Cheap and good for 250hp you should hit full spool by 3500-/+ all the way to redline

The gt2560 is the Nissan s15 turbo it's s very good unit good spool. And the gt2554 is close in spec to the s13 sr20 turbo think the difference is .3mm still good for 250whp


What is your budget on a turbo

Turbo alone I was hoping for like 600 at most.

This was the information I got from Garret's app I know it may not be 100% accurate but it gives me a start

Cx racing has cheep ones but they have yet to send me a turbo map for them

Don't buy a cx turbo. Give me a few days I'll locate one for you
