This map for the GT2554r is very close to the sr20s13 GT25G turbo.

Turbocharger Specs: Garrett GT25R - GT2554R - 60 TRIM - 270 HP


The s13 is a little bigger but you will hit boost on the 1.8 by 3200. Stay with a 3" exhaust from the turbo back and 2.5 IC piping. I would also contact BNR if you don't already have a tuner with hpt or efilive.

Injectors look into a 52lb or even a 62lb from FIC

Stock injectors will kill your engine under boost. The 42s will work but will be close to maxing out without the boost a pump. The 52lb will give you room without a boost A pump and even more room with one so that way you can use E85 or 100+ Ron fuel.


The 2.5 will limit you at some point.


If you don't plan on doing it twice get the 52s and the 3" from the turbo back.

Zzp is a good choice they use HPTuners

Boost is like a drug your gonna want more at some point. As long as your tuned right you won't lose much mpg.
