Stock barrels unfortunately just aren't going to fit. Custom black ABS barrels coming soon. I had to split off the barrels from the corner reflectors. Mounted without issue.

These beam patterns are do different. Notice the hot spot of the beam is square? This is the low beam output.

low beam against a dark fence. Parking this way, my driveway runs downhill hence why it looks low on the left side.

These specific projectors are a one time deal. The deal I got Andrew on these were unbelievable compared to retail. I can build retrofits with just about any projector but these ones were "extra" fun to deal with.

Would that function properly? Because that would be dope. I would be in for a set if that could work with no major problems down the road lol

Its just the barrels so almost anything can be done. I would do it different with printed graphics as I wouldn't feel safe leaving cardboard inside the headlamp.

Update:
HOT HOT HOT weekend but the shrouds were all wired in, new barrels mounted. Ready to seal these back up this week! I know this was a long process to get these to this point. I hope they are worth the wait, they look amazing all buttoned up.

After some rethinking of the mounting and changes in details, here are the lights as of a couple of weeks ago.

Mounting all resolved this past weekend. All wired back up last night. Getting them aimed this afternoon. This is one insane headlight build.

Andrew - you need some type of automatic siren on your car, like those blind spot sonars set up to blast someone with a horn if they get too close to your car. Those lights look like money.

@Beast - Such an awesome build, and your work is so meticulous! I'm assuming all the bracketry is necessary because of the JW lights?

An MH1 would be far easier to install, right?

I'll look to start my retro in the Spring once I get all the parts together. Still debating quad projector vs dummy proj's in the high beam cans.

These JW projectors use a 3 post adjustment mount. I added the second bracket to help make sure I had radial adjustment.

Yes the MH1 or D2S are 1000x easier to install! Single hole that will mount right into a modified stock reflector port.

I've thought about buying a dummy projector for my high beam also to run quad demon eyes. Still might be on the list.

Could run a halogen projector with shroud to match the primary, keeping the stock high beam in tact
