Ok glad to hear it. We are doing good. Once we have a solid date i will list it on car show safari.com which is a internet posting of all car shows and meets nationwide, maybe we will pickup a few not on the forum. Also im going to print some flyers to give to people i see with sonics..

I need some input here on a name so i can print some flyers and list it on carshowsafari.com. should we call ourselves EAST COAST SONICS FROM HELL, ITS COOL BUT MAYBE A BIT MUCH lol. Or super sonics, sonic assoc, sonic customs, give me some input
Also some input on dates, oct 10th, 17th, or 24th, which do you prefer. I know some cant do 10th, some cant do 17th, what about 24th ?

Yea EAST COAST SUPER SONICS was my first thought.
I can do any of those dates so lets see what the other guys think about 24th. I would like to post this final by the end of the week.

24th is fine with me. Super Sonic name sounds good. Now all we need is a cool logo and JMPVinyls to make up some cool stickers/decals.. We should get one of the local dealers to stop by also (Gearheart or Ayers).
Did the Rockaway mall folks say it was ok? I know the Sears parking lot is pretty empty or the JCPenny on either side.

Ok so far the 24th seems to be agreeing with everybody, we will give it till the end of the week and see what the other guys think. The sears lot right at the first mall entrance is the perfect spot, its right along the mall perimeter road and there is never, i mean never any cars parked out there. I have the mall management number but i really dont think it matters, its a parking lot, that nobody ever uses, its not like we are going to set up cones and have a race lol. You could put 100 cars out there and it wouldnt put a dent in that lot, its huge! And its within walking distance of the restaurants across the street. I say just do it because if you ask them and they have issues then they will be watching for us, if we just do it by the time they could even disguss it we will be gone. Im sure it will be fine. I will send the flyer to jerry and see if he can post it on the bnr facebook page. That might get some more attention for us.

Good idea, any exposure will help. I dont do facebook so somebody else will have to try once we have all the logistics finalized. I figure a 10 or 11:00 meeting time would be good, give us some time to bs before lunch.
