I was looking over both the bnr and trifecta. Do you know what the differences are and which one would you recommend for my type of driving?

I don't know much about BNR, so I don't have much of an opinion except for what I have read.
I have used Trifecta 2 times now. A tune on my Camaro and now this one on my Sonic RS. Customer service has been excellent and the performance I gained in both vehicles is amazing.
Trifecta requires a Windows Laptop in order to hook up the red cable, shipped to you when you order, to your car and update it. They send you the file and it takes a few days to get it. Update takes about 15 or so minutes. I got the Elite tune so I can update the tune for free when I add or remove performance parts.
From what I read, BNR sends you a module with the tune on it. It can have a few tunes stored, including stock. Seems simpler since you don't need a Windows Laptop. The specs show less gains from the BNR tune vs the Trifecta tune. Trifecta also stores your stock tune and if you need to switch back, like when you take your car to the dealer, it is possible.
I tend to stick with a company if I get good service from them. To me....that is important and Trifecta was great. I am also a geek, so I don't mind monkeying with using a laptop.
As for my performance gains.....they are pretty significant. I need new tires to get better times, but with the stock tires I am able to do 0-60 in 7.4 seconds.....my launch skills for front wheel drive are not that great. I am getting better though. With wider and stickier summer tires.....I am pretty sure I could shave a second off that time and get into the mid 6s.
That is pretty quick for a 1.4 liter Turbo with only a few inexpensive mods.
On the highway is where I really notice it. A quick downshift to get into the power band and it's surprisingly quick! For me.....being able to pull hard when the car is at highway speeds is super helpful and fun!
