I'm bouta dabble into messing with expanding foam and see if I can make one of these. Prolly will start a thread in the next couple months once funds permit me to mess around.

it didn't work as well as I thought. As soon as you cut the top layer, it exposes air and shrinks over time. I ended up covering it with fiberglass resin after it was shaped so it sealed back up.

There's 2 types. Brett, you probably used the window/door version as I think the gap fill gets harder.

One simple free mod that gives you 2° less intercooler temp is awesome. You have a better free idea?

O I thought you meant the whole grill but I don't have one since I'm new to the sonic but I already pulled my gay ass abs fuse and rerouted the bpv to the intake instead of the bypass. 2 free mods that make the car quicker/drive better.
