So im going to order the universal Basic Rally Armor set right? Then they will go in the stock holes on my 14 LTZ Hatch? I really need something to help with all the crap on the back of the hatch.

Yeah, the universal set works. I have them, it helps a little with the dirt and stuff but trust me it won't do a whole lot

Thanks guys. I'm wanting them because I'm going to install a hitch and carrier for luggage for vacation. 4 people in the car doesnt leave much space for luggage so I didn't want it to get dirty. Looks like there's no way around it though

Yeah a roof rack would be a better option if you want to keep it clean. A little tip, make sure you mount them higher than I did, they scrape on everyyythingggg

Please don't take offense to my comments; but would it be possible to place the angle support brackets on the inside of the fender lip? You could add a reinforcement strap, if necessary to the inside or outside of the mud flap that would spread the support across the flap horizontally. You could still use the same holes, but maybe a stainless truss head bolt installed from the outside through the fender lip. Just a few thoughts to make it cosmetically smoother; but again, not being critical, just some ideas.

Hey man,
No offense taken at all! For the rear, I could do the lower angle mount inside the lip. I’d have to do some drilling in the fender liner but it wouldn’t be too bad. I actually really like the exposed brackets, it looks more raw to me. This car was my inspiration for this mounting style:

Been a long time since there was a bump but here it is. So I am installing the Universal UR flaps and I am wanting them about 3" from the ground at lowest point. At that height, the rear is only able to come in contact with one bolt. Did anyone else have this problem and what was your solution? I am planning on bolting it at the top but I was more concerned about the inside as well. I was thinking about fabbing up a stainless bracket to give it that third point to secure it. Did anyone else by chance do a bracket?

Took a little time and careful measurement to get them right (I cut out a cardboard template from the flaps, and used that to figure out where to drill to mount them), but I love the look and I have significantly less crap on the back and sides of my car.
I'm running Yokohama Geolander 205/70r15 A/Ts. Lift to follow.
