BNR Tune EMERGENCY!!!

I am trying to flash my tune into my car, however, I keep getting an “error: $0311” message. The file is a .coz file and it is in my tune folder on EFI Live. I really need some help here. This is very urgent.

Not sure if it helps any, but looking at the EFI Live forum showed this:

$0311 Mode Not Supported ($11)

There should be a PDF or powerpoint that has all the EFI error codes in it, not sure if it would help but it's a place to start. Unfortunately I can't seem to find it.

I noticed that the file that Jerry sent me did not have a logo on it like it does in online videos. I downloaded it from his email and dragged it out of my download folder and into the “Tune” folder. I followed all of the instructions but I’m beginning to believe that Jerry sent me a corrrupted or wrong file. Is it supposed to be a .coz file? 220KB?

Not entirely sure, but it’s possible that he could have the wrong ODB setting (I/II), or his file could be corrupt. I’d contact EFI since I’m not very experienced with tuning in general

Issue has been resolved. The stock tune file must be flashed to the car before the BNR tune can be flashed in. I still had my Trifecta file in the car which must have bounced Jerry’s tune back. Thanks everyone for your help on this. Lesson learned.
